As part of this refresh, we have introduced a new company logo and crest. The updated design honours the traditional character of Ernest Thomas while providing a stronger and more recognisable visual identity for the future. The crest will now appear across our website, printed materials and communications.

Introducing Our New Online Booking System
One of the most significant improvements is the introduction of a new online booking system. Visitors can now:

- Receive confirmation details directly
While reservations can now be made online for added convenience, payments will continue to be arranged offline. This ensures we can confirm booking details personally and maintain the friendly service for which we are known.
